REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE
THE LEASE OF
TRANSIT VEHICLE TIRE MILEAGE
Sealed proposals, (original and five (5) copies), will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, August 14, 2008, by Spokane Transit Authority, 1230 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington, 99201-2686, to provide STA with the lease of transit vehicle tire mileage for the next five (5) years in accordance with complete specifications and contractual requirements included in the Request For Proposals (RFP) document.

This procurement will be made on a competitively negotiated basis and is partially funded by Federal Transit Administration Section 5307 funds.
STA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities and irregularities in the proposal submitting process, to negotiate with Respondents, and to accept proposals which are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
