If you lose something while riding on STA, come to The Bus Shop at The Plaza. The Customer Service staff has a log of items found on buses, vans, and STA property. It usually takes about 24 hours to collect lost items, log them, and deliver them to The Bus Shop.


Items lost over the weekend will be delivered to The Bus Shop the following Monday. When you come to The Bus Shop, there are three things that will better enable the Customer Service staff to help you: the day the item was lost; the route or location where the item was lost; and a detailed description of the item. We’ll do our best to help you find a lost item, but sometimes lost means lost. Call 328-RIDE.
