The Plaza

The Plaza – STA’s Downtown Hub

The Plaza is the heart of Spokane Transit, providing a centralized facility in downtown Spokane, which serves as the hub for the majority of transit trips in Spokane. The Plaza is safe, accessible, convenient, and offers passengers a comfortable waiting area.

Many events and performances are held at The Plaza throughout the year, from arts and entertainment during First Night Spokane on New Year's Eve to the annual Christmas Concert Series in December. 

Visit The Bus Shop at The Plaza for bus passes, schedules and current information such as system maps and rider Alerts. Located on the second floor is our friendly Customer Service staff.

The Plaza features a security substation on the first floor. This substation houses Spokane Police Officers, bike patrols, special assignment officers and STA security personnel. A total of 47 security cameras are positioned throughout the facility to help the STA security team keep you as safe as possible.

The Bus Shop is open:
