Visit SpokaneSpokane Sportsand STA are working together to support the Summer of Soccer from June 1 to July 19, 2026.

The Spokane region will host events and activities during this time. Bus service will run more often to help people get to the SeattleFWC26 FIFA Fan Zone at Riverfront Park.

Service Enhancements

More service from June 1 to July 25, 2026, on key routes for getting around during the Summer of Soccer. 

Route 1-City Line moving through downtown Spokane with rapid frequency.

City Line

Route 1's new 10-minute service on Saturdays with 17 hours of high-frequency service throughout the day

Route 7-Valley/Airport bus travels through downtown Spokane toward Liberty Lake, WA.

Airport Routes

Route 7 and Route 63's reliable airport service will run every 30 minutes, including on weeknights and weekends

Route 11-North Bank Downtown Shuttle with special soccer-themed livery wrap.

Summer of Soccer Connect Card

Starting May 1, 2026, you can pick up a limited-edition Summer of Soccer Connect card while supplies last.

How to get yours:

  • Visit Spokane Visitor Information Center at Riverfront Park – show that the SEA&WIN app is installed on your phone.
  • STA Outreach Events – show that both the Transit App and STA Connect app are installed on your phone.

Get your card, load your fare, and ride to the action all summer long.

Ride to Win: Summer of Soccer Contest

Ride STA during the Summer of Soccer service enhancements from June 1 through July 25, 2026, and every ride using your registered Summer of Soccer Connect card will automatically earn you one entry into our Ride & Win contest. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Prizes include 31-day and 7-day bus passes, STA thermoses, bus sticker and magnet sets, and one ultra-exclusive mystery gift.

To be eligible, your Summer of Soccer Connect card must be registered through staconnectcard.com or the STA Connect app.
