Visit Spokane, Spokane Sports, and STA are working together to support the Summer of Soccer from June 1 to July 19, 2026.

The Spokane region will host events and activities during this time. Bus service will run more often to help people get to the SeattleFWC26 FIFA Fan Zone at Riverfront Park.

Summer of Soccer Connect Card

Starting May 1, 2026, you can pick up a limited-edition Summer of Soccer Connect card while supplies last.

How to get yours:

  • Visit Spokane Visitor Information Center at Riverfront Park – show that the SEA&WIN app is installed on your phone.
  • STA Outreach Events – show that both the Transit App and STA Connect app are installed on your phone.

Ride to Win: Summer of Soccer Contest

Ride STA during the Summer of Soccer service enhancements from June 1 through July 25, 2026, and every ride using your registered Summer of Soccer Connect card will automatically earn you one entry into our Ride & Win contest. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Prizes include 31-day and 7-day bus passes, STA thermoses, bus sticker and magnet sets, and one ultra-exclusive mystery gift.

To be eligible, your Summer of Soccer Connect card must be registered through staconnectcard.com or the STA Connect app.

Ride to Win Summer of Soccer Contest

 CONTEST RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in The Summer of Soccer Ride & Win Contest presented by Spokane Transit (STA), participants agree to the following official rules and terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to individuals who ride Spokane Transit using a registered Summer of Soccer Connect card.
  • Participants must register their Summer of Soccer Connect card through staconnectcard.com or the STA Connect app to be eligible to win.
  • Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
  • STA employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

  • Ride Spokane Transit using your registered Summer of Soccer Connect card between June 1, 2026, and July 25, 2026.
  • Each ride taken using a Summer of Soccer Connect card counts as one raffle entry.
  • Participants must use a registered Summer of Soccer Connect card linked to an active Connect account through staconnectcard.com or the STA Connect app.

3. Prize Drawing & Notification

  • All eligible fare taps made with registered Summer of Soccer Connect cards between June 1, 2026, and July 25, 2026, will be entered into a random prize drawing on July 29, 2026.
  • Participants may only win one prize, regardless of the number of entries received through Summer of Soccer Connect card taps.
  • Winners will be contacted using the contact information linked to their registered Connect account.
  • Winners must claim their prize by Friday, August 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Unclaimed prizes may result in a new winner being selected at random.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their Connect account information is accurate and up to date.
  • STA reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and account registration.

4. Contest Prizes

  • Prizes may include:
    • Ten 31-day STA bus passes
    • Five 7-day STA bus passes
    • Ten STA-branded thermos
    • Multiple STA bus sticker sets
    • Multiple STA bus magnet sets
    • One exciting mystery gift
  • STA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

5. Participation & Conduct

  • Participants must follow all STA Rules of Conduct while using transit services. View rules at spokanetransit.com/rules.
  • STA reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misuse of the contest, false information, inappropriate behavior, or violation of contest terms.

6. Social Media Sharing & Promotion

  • Participants may be featured in STA promotional materials related to the Summer of Soccer campaign.
  • Winners are encouraged, but not required, to share their experience on social media using official campaign hashtags and tagging STA social media accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • STA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unregistered fare taps, technical issues, app errors, or other circumstances outside its control.
  • STA may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time at its sole discretion.

8. Privacy

  • Participant information linked to registered Connect accounts will be used only for contest administration and winner notification purposes.
  • STA will not sell or share personal information unless required by law.
