Apply for a Zero-Fare Rider’s License Today!

Applications are open now for youth who want to get their Zero-Fare Rider’s License, which offers unlimited free rides for Connect card holders ages 6-18. This new Reduced Fare option will be available for use with a Connect card.

The Zero-Fare Rider’s License allows youth access to parks, libraries, and youth programs available along STA routes throughout the region. The program aims to increase access to public transit for youth, developing future public transit users.

Additionally, SPS Student IDs issued by Spokane Public Schools can be used as a bus pass for unlimited rides on STA.

The basic Required Documentation for Reduced Fare is all that is needed to apply for a Rider’s License. You can find the simple application form online here or pick one up at the STA Plaza Customer Service Counter at 701 W Riverside.
