Purchase and add value to a Connect card at the Customer Service counter in STA Plaza.

The Day Pass has been replaced with fare capping.

Shuttle Park

For just $40 a month, you can park at the Spokane Arena on weekdays from 6 am to 8 pm.

From the Arena, you can ride the convenient #11 Plaza / Arena Shuttle downtown, #27 Hillyard and #39 Mission.

Pass-By-Mail

The Pass-By-Mail payment method has been discontinued, November 1, 2022.

STA encourages customers to create a Connect account through spokanetransit.com/account which lets you easily add value, check your balance and more!

Value can also be added at STA Plaza using check, cash or a credit or debit card. Participating retail locations will also be able to add value to your card soon using cash or a credit or debit card.
