2023 LEIA Program

The LEIA Program worked to enhance Route 94, reconnecting communities along I-90 with significant transportation improvements.

City Line

City Line, Spokane’s first Bus Rapid Transit line, was developed over 15 years of planning and community input.

2022 Action Plan
