Extreme Cold: Ride STA to a Warming Center

Spokane Transit supports local and regional emergency response plans during extreme cold weather conditions by offering fare exceptions to customers without fare payment traveling to and from warming centers when the temperature reaches 32 degrees or below. Customers can simply board the bus and inform the coach operator they are heading to a warming center and do not have fare payment.

Area warming centers are accessible by most Spokane Transit routes. Visit the City of Spokane website for a list of warming center locations.
