Customer Support in Other Languages

A man at a bank counter is handing a bank card to a smiling female teller on the other side of a glass partition. Another employee works at a desk in the background, where job listings are displayed. Both employees wear blue shirts under their uniforms, and the teller's desk has a nameplate.

STA offers over-the-phone customer service in more than 300 languages through a translation service. This means you can get help in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Just tell us your preferred language when you call, and we’ll connect you with an interpreter.

Translated Documents

In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, we have translated some of our key documents into the six languages which are most commonly used in Spokane.

Do you need another one of our documents translated? Contact the Ombudsman & Accessibility Officer.
