Interlocal Agreements
An interlocal agreement allows Spokane Transit Authority (STA) to collaborate with other local government entities. This collaboration can help improve our public transit services and make them more efficient.
Examples include: Joint bus routes, shared maintenance facilities, or coordinated schedules.
According to the law (RCW 39.34.040), STA interlocal agreements must be either:
- Filed with the county auditor, or
- Listed on the STA website or other online sources.
