Connect cards are available now!

A digital illustration featuring a smartphone and an RFID card, both displaying the "CONNECT" by Spokane Transit logo. The images on the screen and card show a blue and green design with abstract city landmarks. A barcode is visible on the card.

STA riders can get their Connect card at the STA Plaza, order a card online, or create an eConnect card inside the STA Connect app on iOS or Android for Fixed Route buses and Paratransit vans.

To assist our customers with transitioning to the new Connect card, in addition to our Customer Service team at the STA Plaza and at (509) 328-RIDE (7433), STA Connect Team members will be available at the STA Plaza and throughout the system.

Two men are sitting on a bus, smiling and engaged in a lighthearted moment. The man on the left is looking at a smartphone and laughing, while the man on the right, wearing glasses and a tie, also smiles warmly. The bus's interior and yellow poles are visible.

Riders are encouraged to register their Connect card on the Connect account website or in the STA Connect app, for full access to all of the account features. Creating a Connect account allows them to protect their card balance if the card is lost or stolen and makes it easier to add value to their card online and faster to check their current balance, ride history, and fare capping progress.
