Each year, STA develops service updates to improve the transit system for all riders.
This page provides detailed information on proposed changes for the upcoming year, along with opportunities for public feedback. Your input is essential in helping us create a transit system that effectively serves the Spokane community.
2025 Service Revisions: Planned Service Revisions Report
This Planned Service Revisions Report outlines planned changes to take place in 2025:
Planned changes include:
- New Regional High Performance Transit (HPT) Route 7, a Supplemental Route to the I-90/Valley Corridor Development Plan (CDP)
- Route Frequency and Improvements in Airway Heights
- Implementation of Double Decker Buses in Cheney
- Other adjustments to improve performance and respond to community input
Public Outreach
A public outreach period to gain feedback on the planned changes will begin on November 13th, 2024 through a public survey and will be open until December 15th, 2024.
STA is engaging with the following jurisdictions and stakeholders on the proposed changes:
