SEPTEMBER SERVICE CHANGE
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2024
Beginning on Sunday, September 15 STA will introduce a host of service changes based on community feedback, designed with convenience and connectivity in mind.
Summary of Changes
Route 90 is transitioning to Route 9. Route 9 will continue to provide frequent service with new and improved amenities along the route.
Route 9 schedule (PDF)
31 Minnehaha / Lidgerwood: from SCC to North Spokane via Minnehaha and Addison.
65 Hayford: from West Plains Transit Center to Airway Heights via Hayford.
Introducing more frequency in northeast Spokane, on the West Plains, and in Spokane Valley.
28 Nevada 
A few routes are being reconfigured and rerouted to provide better service.
63 Airway Heights / West Plains
74 Mirabeau / Liberty Lake: new routing in Liberty Lake.
The locations served by these routes will continue to be served by new and reconfigured routes.

- Extending weekday service to 10:00 pm
- Adding all day Saturday service until 10:00 pm

Increasing to 30 minute frequency on weeknights and Saturdays
- New Route 65 Hayford
- Major re-route of Route 63 Geiger/Airport
- Route Adjustments to Route 60 Airport
- Route 633 Geiger Shuttle discontinued on weekdays
- New Route 31 Minnehaha/Lidgerwood
- Route 26 Lidgerwood and Route 39 Minnehaha discontinued, service replaced by Route 31
- Route 27 Crestline – increase to 30 min frequency on weekday evenings and Saturday nights
- Route 28 Nevada – Increase frequency to 15 min on weekdays and 30 min nights and weekends

To Downtown trips continue as Route 28 evenings and weekends
Airway Heights/West Plains
Reroute near Airport and discontinue service to Airway Heights; increase service during weekday
Mirabeau/Liberty Lake
NEW evening and Saturday service; new routing in Liberty Lake
Sprague
Discontinued and replaced with Route 9
