STA Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month in the STA Boardroom, 1230 W Boone Avenue, Spokane, from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm, unless otherwise noted. A virtual Webex videoconference joining option will be available. There is no Board meeting in August.
The broadcast of the video of the STA Board Meetings on City Cable Channel 5 generally occurs at 4:00 pm on the Saturday following the meeting, 10:00 am on the Monday following the meeting, and at 8:00 pm on the Tuesday following the meeting.
Agendas are generally posted on this site the Friday before each meeting.
Board Operations Committee
The Board Operations Committee Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, in the Northside Conference Room,1230 West Boone Avenue, from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm unless otherwise noted.
Planning & Development (P&D) Committee
The Planning & Development Committee Meeting occurs on the first Wednesday of the month (unless noted otherwise) in the Northside Conference Room, 1230 West Boone Avenue, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am.
Performance Monitoring & External Relations (PMER) Committee
The Performance Monitoring & External Relations Committee Meeting occurs on the first Wednesday of the month (unless noted otherwise) in the Northside Conference Room, 1230 West Boone Avenue, from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC)

Meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month except January and August at 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) and are conducted in person in the Northside Conference Room, 1230 West Boone Avenue, with a virtual option to join via Zoom.
